PS VR "Everybody's Golf VR", free trial version available today, May 21!

Sony Interactive Entertainment Inc. began distributing a free demo version of "Everybody's Golf VR" for PS4 (PS VR required), scheduled for release on June 7 (Friday), today, May 21 (Tuesday).

Minna no GOLF VR" is a VR golf game that allows anyone to enjoy golfing in the comfort of their own home as if they were on a golf course. The game is developed by Clap Hands, developer of the "Everybody's Golf" series, and Sony Interactive Entertainment Worldwide Studios JAPAN Studio. " can be enjoyed, as well as the series' first subjective perspective, a 360-degree experience unique to PS VR that allows players to see the undulations of the course with their eyes, read the direction of the wind, and experience the nature of the golf course. It is enjoyable for both golf beginners and advanced golfers.

The game also supports the PlayStation Move (PS Move) motion controller. The game is also compatible with the PlayStation Move (PS Move) motion controller, which allows players to enjoy realistic golf play with controls that feel as if they are actually swinging a golf club.

A free demo version of the eagerly awaited title will be available from today, May 21 (Tue.)!　In the trial version, you can play the "Driving Range" where you can practice tee shots, irons, and putters in a vast driving range that boasts a straight line distance of over 250 yards.

Please note that the scheduled release date of the free demo version may change without prior notice.
The free demo version only allows you to play the "Driving Range," but in the full version you will be able to enjoy "Courses" where you play rounds on the golf course, "Events" with your caddie, and more.

Everybody's Golf VR" is the first VR golf game in the "Everybody's Golf" series to offer a completely new sensation from a subjective viewpoint!　You can easily enjoy exhilarating shots as if you are really playing golf!　The distance and trajectory of the ball depend on the speed and direction of the controller swing, so you can aim for exhilarating good shots on the vast 360-degree golf course!

There are 54 holes on three courses, each with its own unique character!　There is the lush forest course "Forest," the beautiful coastal resort course "Seaside," and the wild course "Dinosaur," which mimics the atmosphere of the Jurassic period. Each course is different from the others, and each hole has various differences and characteristics, so we encourage you to experience all the holes. The time and weather also change randomly, giving the same course a different flavor and feel to play.

There is also an online ranking system where you can compete with other players from around the world for scores, and a status screen where you can check your playing status, best scores, and your "Dan rank". The "tier" is awarded when certain conditions are met, so be sure to play a lot and aim for a higher "tier".

Caddies are reliable and unique, offering advice on greens, wind conditions, and so on. The caddies are also available to change their outfits when certain conditions are met, and there are also random events that occur in between rounds.
