COMPLETE STYLE GIGANTIC (abbreviation: CSG)" is a weapon toy series for adults that specializes in large-size weapons, derived from the "COMPLETE SELECTION MODIFICATION (abbreviation: CSM)" series that is currently being developed at Premium Bandai. The Pegasus Bowgun, the weapon of the Masked Rider Cougar Pegasus Form that appears in "Masked Rider Cougar", has been commercialized as the second product in the "COMPLETE STYLE GIGANTIC (abbreviated: CSG)" series.

The Pegasus Bowgun is approximately 45cm in length when in its Pegasus form, and 62cm in length when the trigger lever is pulled.

With the Rising Pegasus Bowgun attached, the overall length of the figure is approximately 74cm, and with the trigger lever pulled, the overall length of the figure is approximately 89cm, making it a very powerful figure.

The figure is sculpted with attention to detail, including the inside of the clear parts of the main body, to reproduce the image from the play.

The coloring is fully painted and some acrylic parts are used for a luxurious feel and texture.
The lint lettering on various parts of the body is also reproduced in tampo.
The bow can be closed by pulling the trigger lever on the body, just like in the play.

The voice specification includes a normal mode and a rising mode. Pulling the trigger on the main body activates the firing sound and the sound of the senses being sharpened. A button operation allows the user to shift to the rising mode. By pulling the trigger lever and pressing the button, the sound is triggered from firing air bullets at the grongi to exploding. This allows the user to play the game as it is shown in the movie.

In addition, the voice of Kaoru Ichijo (played by Shingo Kuzuyama), a detective with the Metropolitan Police Department who cooperates with the main character Yusuke Godai, is also included.
