Brave group company ENILIS merges with virtual talent production company brossom

(Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Takayoshi Hoshi; hereinafter "ENILIS"; a wholly owned subsidiary of Brave Group, Inc: (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Soichiro Uno; hereinafter referred to as "brossom"), a VLiver production and web service development company, and made it a subsidiary.
This is the ninth M&A to join the Brave group.

Background and Overview

In recent years, the virtual talent market has been rapidly expanding and is attracting attention as a new growth area in the entertainment industry.

Brave group is developing several IP-related businesses centered on the IP Production business, which produces VTubers, and currently has 16 group companies providing services worldwide in 13 locations in 5 countries.
ENILIS, a group company of Brave group, launched its VLiver business, HareVare, in July 2023, focusing on the growth potential of the market.

brossom, a VLiver production and management company founded in 2019, operates several VLiver offices and currently has a total of over 200 talents. The company's strengths lie in its unique know-how in the development and management of VLivers based on its many years of experience in running offices and in producing high quality illustrations, and it has produced many event winners and top-ranked VLivers. In addition, the company has extensive knowledge and experience in the digital content field, including web service development.

Through this business integration, brossom and ENILIS will share their assets and know-how, and by sharing a common operating base, aim to enhance creativity and create new value.
In addition, by maximizing the use of Brave Group's resources, the companies will improve operational efficiency and strengthen the management structure.
