FTW Entertainment takes over some business from Brave group US and becomes independent from Brave group.

(Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Keito Noguchi; hereinafter "Brave group") has reorganized its organization with the aim of achieving sustainable growth of its business in English-speaking countries.

(Headquarters: San Francisco, USA; CEO: Kotaro Sone; a wholly owned subsidiary of Brave group, Inc. ("FTW"), a new company established by Mr. Hayashi, former CEO of Brave group US, and FTW will operate independently from the Brave group.

Brave group will continue to collaborate with FTW as a shareholder after FTW becomes independent.

Background

Brave group has determined that in order to realize sustainable growth of its business in English-speaking countries, it is necessary to speed up the decision-making process and establish a system that enables each business manager to promote business with discretion.
Based on this policy, we have implemented this reorganization in order to strengthen local independent business operations.

After FTW becomes independent, Brave group will continue to provide multifaceted support through its investment project "Brave global capital" in addition to business collaboration as a shareholder.

About the Transferred Businesses

As a result of this reorganization, the following businesses operated by Brave group US will be transferred to FTW, which will operate independently of Brave group US.

FTW will promote flexible and speedy business development in the local market for further growth of the business for English-speaking countries.

New Structure of Brave group US

With the independence of FTW, Brave group US has made the following changes to its structure.

CEO: Kotaro Sone (Chief Revenue Officer, Brave group)
Director: Tomoya Fujisaki (who has been involved in the "V4Mirai" project from its inception as a producer)

The new Brave group US will focus on the operation of "V4Mirai" and strengthen its efforts to support the growth of the project and further expand the user community.

What is Brave global capital?

Brave global capital" is the collective name for Brave group's investment projects, including management integration and capital and business alliances.
Aiming to build an IP ecosystem, we will accelerate our growth as a global company originating from Japan by promoting investments in the four priority areas of Contents, Global, Finance, and Tech, which have high affinity with our existing businesses.
